Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and delivery of all digital marketing projects.
- Improve consistent content.
- Operate on new community launches and execution.
- Support the digital marketing activity calendar.
- Direct the marketing budget.
- Design and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Guage and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide new and creative growth strategies.
- Build compelling content for online platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing.
- Effective experience in a digital analyst role (agency or client side).
- Deep understanding of online metrics and knowledge of various digital marketing and analytics technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer segmentation and demonstrated content targeting (personalization) experience.
- Proficient digital experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, email, video and social media.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing solutions and channels, the production process and the technologies that underpin these solutions.
- Familiarity with digital campaign metrics and knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation.
- Outstanding knowledge of best practice SEO techniques and the user journey.
- Proven experience in business requirements and the importance of analytics.
- Solid time management skills, with the ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
