Digital Marketing Manager

Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Sydney, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct RFBI’s online presence, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging and effective in generating leads.
  • Lead the development of digital assets such as banner advertisements & video.
  • Recognize media opportunities and create compelling press releases that are effective in raising the profile of our brand and services.
  • Maintain effective internal and external communications through the development of key messages for major business initiatives.
  • Head the internal communications, creating engaging internal communication plans that effectively utilize online and offline channels to reach target audiences.
  • Control the production of our annual report.
  • Aid teams across the organization to engage effectively with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
  • Effective experience using CRM and CMS systems (no coding ability required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid team player who is also able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
