Job Responsibilities:
- Direct RFBI’s online presence, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging and effective in generating leads.
- Lead the development of digital assets such as banner advertisements & video.
- Recognize media opportunities and create compelling press releases that are effective in raising the profile of our brand and services.
- Maintain effective internal and external communications through the development of key messages for major business initiatives.
- Head the internal communications, creating engaging internal communication plans that effectively utilize online and offline channels to reach target audiences.
- Control the production of our annual report.
- Aid teams across the organization to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or communications.
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
- Effective experience using CRM and CMS systems (no coding ability required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid team player who is also able to work independently.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
