Job Responsibilities:
- Improve and implement a fully integrated digital marketing strategy and roadmap across all digital marketing channels including email, lifecycle management, performance marketing, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing and other digital opportunities that are identified.
- Execute tactical customer acquisition and retention strategies to grow the customer database
- Operate closely with digital agencies and the e-commerce team to plan and execute SEO optimizations and performance marketing campaigns including paid search, remarketing, display advertising and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Promote and execute social media strategies to drive social audience growth and customer engagement across all social platforms, with the ultimate objective of building brand awareness and growing market share.
- Continually examine and learn from email and digital marketing campaigns across the customer journey to ensure you are maximizing awareness and conversion.
- Grow and manage closed-loop reporting process across all digital channels to measure and monitor digital marketing activity effectiveness and ROI against business goals and using insights to improve future activity
- As the subject matter expert, explore and provide recommendations on CRM, marketing automation, email marketing and digital marketing best practice and enhancement opportunities that drive business growth and sales.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management, as well as hands-on experience in email marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and social media.
- At least 5 years experience in a digital marketing, CRM or marketing automation role, preferably in a retail or agency environment.
- Effective experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient experience in using automated marketing technology (such as Salesforce, Emarsys, Marketo etc).
- Commercially savvy and analytical with a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- Solid campaign management skills.
- A passion for finding data trends and insights will see you creating and implementing data-driven ideas, providing value to the whole business.
- Extremely desirable if you’ve had prior involvement or experience in the delivery and coordination of CRM and marketing automation implementations.
