Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytics to identify improvement opportunities across a website and digital communication platforms.
  • Provide important consumer insights back to the wider team, working to identify key purchasing behaviors and milestones in the customer lifecycle as well as important market trends.
  • Responsible for brand awareness and the importance of a curated brand experience for all new and returning online customers.
  • Design the customer journey, lifecycle and contact strategies.
  • Create the capability, and deliver targeted activity based on customer purchase behavior.
  • Improve and execute plans aligned to strategy and business requirements, and aligned contact program is driven through customer insights, segmentation, analytics and purchase behavior across a customer journey customer lifecycle promotional program.
  • Organize key relationships with partners, referrals, and affiliates.
  • Support drive channel programs that drive customer acquisition through SEO.
  • Operate with affiliate programme and the media agency partner to develop and integrate online strategy covering areas for awareness, direct acquisition, and customer care and retention.
  • Determine trends and insights, optimize spend and performance across digital channels.
  • Continuously  analyze and share customer insights with the business to drive an increasing ROI on activity understanding of who their customer is and what they buy a segmented approach to our understanding and communications
  • Head the change and continuous improvement programs across the customer database, integrations and tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or a similar role would be ideal.
  • Effective experience in digital marketing gained from B2C Tech companies OR Retail.
  • Proficient experience in SEO and SEM Strategy best practice.
  • Familiarity with funnel analysis and best practice approach to website conversion, UX and A/B testing.
  • Expert knowledge of developing multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement and ensure repeat purchase, customer retention and UX.
  • Proven digital project management expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation alongside digital metric reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of leading system and database initiatives.
  • Analytics and segmentation to drive increased customer understanding and continuous growth in ROI.
  • Ability to analyze, investigate and interpret financial data and information.
