Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and manage marketing strategy, calendar and campaigns for brand partners.
• Lead marketing media and production budget.
• Promote and manage the team of 3 marketers.
• Execute test and learn initiatives to make positive changes.
• Head all marketing and acquisition reporting.
• Communicate with brand team to deliver excellence in content for brands.
• Direct and lead overall social media strategy and drive e-commerce outcomes.
• Assure creative content is engaging for our valued subscribers.
• Supervise all website content and manage the online shop.
• Run outcome focussed acquisition strategies to grow the BB subscriber base.
• Provide and execute ad ideas for acquisition campaigns.
• Drive channel partner and affiliate relationships.
• Control paid search budget and optimization.
• Design new campaigns to grow organic acquisition.
• Manage email database.
• Grow and maintain subscriber segmentation program to reduce unsubscribes and increase engagement.
• Create and manage loyalty and retention programs.
• Oversee all eDM campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge and experience using platforms such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager as well as current Tech platforms.
• Solid analytical skills with a strategic mindset and experience using Email Marketing Platforms, Content Management Systems and HTML.
• An emerging leader with a passion for the beauty industry who wants to join a market leader.
• Great ability to balance creative work with team leadership with analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach.
• High ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
