Job Responsibilities:
- Execute campaigns and deliver results across channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, Facebook advertising, display, content marketing and email marketing or automation.
- Own the entire marketing mix including digital and traditional.
- Head the strategic direction of the brand.
- Develop brand awareness and retention.
- Lead strategic marketing partnerships for the company.
- Search and scale new channels, beyond SEM including display, remarketing and social media.
- Promote automated marketing campaigns including setting strategy, testing and launching as well as reviewing data and analyzing results/ ROI.
- Manage the website and create A/B testing roadmap for website optimization, collaborate with designers and copywriters, execute and report on tests
- Improve a content marketing strategy for the business, that educates customers on all aspects of their business.
- Oversee campaign metrics, track KPIs and compile reports.
- Operate towards building a community for customers, understanding needs and working with business stakeholders to educate and feedback.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of solid marketing experience.
- Effective experience in setting up and executing effective marketing campaigns with strong results and ROI.
- Solid attention to detail and be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at any one time.
- Be very articulate and be happy working cross-functionally, proven to influence and liaising with senior business stakeholders.
- Sound eye for detail as well as a creative mindset to manage across areas such as video, branding, comms and design.
- Ability to think like the customer and be able to drive communications accordingly.
