Job Responsibilities:

• Design, coordinate and manage all marketing operations.
• Produce direction and guidance to employees within the marketing department.
• Recognize potential business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Liaise with all relevant suppliers and partners of the company in an official company capacity when required.
• Assure the brand style guide is used at all times within all aspects of company marketing.
• Lead, develop and grow the utilization of the relevant digital marketing related software platforms: HubSpot, Appointmentcore, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress.
• Enhance all CRM automation sequences in line with best practice.
• Secure company website SEO, domain authority and speed are optimized to best practice.
• Run an effective quarterly campaign strategy for both our accredited and non-accredited courses.
• Deliver effective quarterly campaign strategy for both our online and in-person gym related services.
• Aid with writing and scheduling social media content in line with overall company vision and marketing calendar.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience and a track record of proven success.
• Effective customer service experience and ability to resolve any client concerns.
• Solid administrative and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills whilst being professionally presented.
• As a small business your workload will be high, so you must be able to manage yourself effectively.
• Driven to be the become an industry leader at what you do.
• Prepared to go the extra mile and not afraid of hard work.
• The ability to support and supervise a wide range of staff.
