Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and research industry trends and seek opportunities where possible.
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy including social media, content creation, email marketing, paid media, SEO and social media influencer programs.
- Track, measure and report on campaign performance, with recommendations to optimize future campaigns including social media and email marketing tracking, SEO/SEM and optimization.
- Create brand partnerships in line with brand objectives and their ideal target audience.
- Ensure messaging across all digital platforms is consistent from social channels to partnered content.
- Plan and execute engaging content, encouraging user and customer interest, with strategic plans set and in motion.
- Coordinate and communicate content and campaigns that are in line with each brand’s unique voice and their individual objectives.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital, social and consumer trends, working towards enhancing campaigns and performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the same role.
- Proficient understanding of social paid campaigns to advertise across (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Effective experience in digital and social platforms such as (MailChimp and Facebook).
- Deep working knowledge of using reporting and analytics tools.
- Expert understanding of content creation for different social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively, drive audience engagement and take brands to new heights.
- Solid working skills in using (MS Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
