Job Responsibilities:
- Design digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
- Draft and execute all digital marketing, including marketing automation, email, social media, SEM/SEO and display advertising campaigns.
- Communicate with operational marketing, sales, brand, design and content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Lead a complex global web build and launch.
- Conduct a complex marketing automation integration and deployment.
- Plan, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Survey and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Recognize trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Provide new and creative growth strategies.
- Create, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Cooperate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collude with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Estimate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing.
- Effective experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce and Pardot, Adobe and Marketo).
- Proficient experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Proven track record with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Expert understanding of CMS systems (e.g., Drupal and WordPress).
- Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends).
- Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
