Digital Marketing Specialist

Expert360 is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Sydney, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
  • Draft and execute all digital marketing, including marketing automation, email, social media, SEM/SEO and display advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate with operational marketing, sales, brand, design and content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead a complex global web build and launch.
  • Conduct a complex marketing automation integration and deployment.
  • Plan, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Survey and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Recognize trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Provide new and creative growth strategies.
  • Create, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collude with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Estimate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Effective experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce and Pardot, Adobe and Marketo).
  • Proficient experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Proven track record with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Expert understanding of CMS systems (e.g., Drupal and WordPress).
  • Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends).
  • Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
