Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop innovative assets for social and digital channels, including images, video (not mandatory) and graphics.
• Own the social asset design process – providing high-level management to projects from concept to production and delivery within deadlines
• Work as a brand custodian within the business overseeing design consistency, style and tone for compliance with brand guidelines.
• Cooperate with the social director, business director and broader team to develop cohesive social & digital media marketing strategies leveraging best practice.
• Collaborate with wider social team to execute social best practice across channels.
• Produce industry and competitor creative insights.
• Improve and execute content at live events.
• Support and develop brand asset libraries.
• Confidently present creative concepts and strategy to clients and the business.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years demonstrated design experience either in an agency or client side, within a marketing team environment.
• Effective experience in creating and delivering engaging content.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Proficient working experience in Adobe CS.
• Familiarity with creating and publishing digital assets for multiple channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube and display.
• Expert knowledge of B2B and B2C social creative.
• Deep knowledge of design tools including Adobe CS Suite.
• Proven track record in photography and retouching.
• Solid communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Sound soft skills and an aptitude for a colleague and client interaction.
• Wide awareness of emerging creative trends.
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in video editing will be highly regarded.
• Strong photography skills also highly regarded.
• Capable of developing multiple formats including Gif’s, Cinemagraphs, motion graphics and digital banners.
