Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer files and database.
- Deliver content supplied or managed through to backlinks and manage content.
- Maintain stock management and stock barcoding.
- Reporting and analytics of various data.
- Coordinate deliveries, services and pick-ups.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Support the sales department with ad hoc creative projects.
- Perform brand awareness and website funnels through our e-commerce platform.
- Create online promotions via promotional engine in-line with the marketing calendar.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of e-commerce experience in a retail/wholesale environment.
- Advanced knowledge of the e-commerce marketplaces and best practices to drive sales.
- Extensive experience in listing items on (eBay, Amazon and our website).
- Proficient experience with e-mail marketing campaigns using (MailChimp or similar tool) is required.
- Expert understanding of using (Google Adwords, Analytics and Webmaster) with a deep knowledge of reporting functions.
- Advanced knowledge of (data feeds, API and online marketplaces).
- Strong working skills of using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional writing, grammar and spelling skills.
- Previous experience in (Shopify or Big Commerce) is a huge plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
