Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure achieving online sales budgets.
• Manage all social media accounts on various platforms.
• Oversee photography and uploading of product for the web.
• Write and edit all web content and copy.
• Optimisation of customer loyalty and retention.
• Manage website traffic generation.
• Take control of all online helpdesk queries and customer issues.
• Create and schedule eDM’s and SMS.
• Coordinate promotions and special event.
• Monitor and resolve all fraudulent transactions in-line with business expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of increasing online sales profit.
• Effective experience in web design and layout.
• Proficient understanding of (online retail optimization, Google Analytic and Magento).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
