Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Cluey website including updating and scheduling of site campaigns.
• Weekly analytic reporting of site traffic, conversion, AOV and propensity projections.
• Partnering with our customer product manager on site functionality, layout and user flow and behavior.
• Collaborate with the visual design to create prototypes of new website layouts that will increase user engagement.
• Provide a weekly reporting on funnel performance in partnership with channel marketing and paid marketing managers.
• Weekly testing of site campaigns, messaging and branding to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Cooperate with product, design, research and tech to constantly optimize revenue.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in website marketing for e-commerce, SaaS or financial services.
• Extensive experience in website analytics and funnel reporting.
• Proficient site analytics experience in using (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools).
• Advanced experience in working with and managing projects across multiple teams (Design, Marketing, Product, Sales and Tech).
• Deep working knowledge of A/B, MVT and user research testing experience is a must.
• Effective understanding of the true “End- to End” vision and understands how a multi-channel campaign affects consumer behavior.
• Ability to take analytic insights and research trends and turn them into an effective growth strategy.
• Superior strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong working knowledge of using (MS Office).
• Ability to work in a multi-iteration environment.
