Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the on-going evolution of responsive email templates and campaign assets.
- Cooperate with the marketing/creative and business owners to ensure brands are properly positioned and represented through all email communications with a consistent brand tone.
- Identify and implement re-marketing campaigns against different segments of the database personalizes message based on the segment.
- Test, learn and enhance e-mail marketing campaigns to drive business results.
- Sets up and manages trigger email campaigns throughout the customer life-cycle to maximize leads/sales.
- Analyze current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Conducts A/B and multi-variant testing to continually learn and improve campaigns.
- Create reports to executive team and business owners on KPIs including (leads, sales and revenue) generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry and competitive intelligence to stay on top of leading-edge email technology and report on trending and untapped opportunities.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Cooperate closely with the VP digital to ensure all email and digital strategies are coordinated and integrated.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or digital marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an e-mail marketing manager.
- Proven experience with the email marketing best practices, tools and trends.
- Proficient understanding of using (Google Analytics, campaign tracking and attribution methods).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent influencing and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple brands with multiple business unit owners.
- Solid written and verbal communications skills.
- Thrives working in a technology and KPI driven organization.
- Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity.
