Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end planning to execution of email marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Drive and optimize key traffic metrics including (CTR, open rates, engagement and retention).
- Provide report results and analytics to the management team and perform recommendations for maintenance, growth and improvements.
- Manage a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insight to management about the performance of the email marketing program.
- Cooperate with the service team to ensure continuity within our email communications with the current customer (feedback, trends and demands).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and digital media.
- Proven experience with event tracking and how to apply them to email campaigns.
- Expert understanding of all facets of email marketing from list health and deliverability through to copy and creative implementation.
- Proficient experience in managing email automation systems preferably (MailChimp).
- Advanced working knowledge of metrics specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis.
- Effective understanding of managing high volume integrated email marketing programs for consumer audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing compelling messages to a consumer.
- Ability to interpret data to drive growth and improvements to email programs.
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
