Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends and opportunities to assist in the development of new marketing strategies and guidelines.
• Track and measure performance, present results and formulate insights for improvements for all digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, digital advertising and remarketing, eDM, SEO, SEM and design.
• Cooperate closely with external agencies on business requirements, delivery expectations, budgets and schedule (SEO, Web development/Design and Social).
• Evaluate the effectiveness and recommending improvements.
• Manage and maintain company websites on a day-to-day basis, continually improve the on-site experience and problem-solve and work with relevant parties to correct issues/bugs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and assist in the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns and oversee localized digital and traditional media buying and evaluate their media impact on core business metrics.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital brand management, marketing related roles, either within an agency or on the client side.
• Proven track record in developing digital and website strategies.
• Extensive experience in innovation and understanding of future need states in the digital space.
• Advanced understanding of (SEO, SEM, remarketing and analytics).
• Strong ROI and commercial focus are critical.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
