Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate processes to increase client’s efficiency and productivity as well as following best practice.
• Cooperate with new and existing clients to help define, create, test, optimize and deploy high-quality data-driven experiences.
• Develop and improve marketing technology, automation and analytics strategies, frameworks and roadmaps.
• Designing client’s real-time usage data automation to personalize content and communication logic to drive leads and conversions.
• Support in all aspects of campaigns implementation, execution, monitoring and optimization of Salesforce.com marketing automation solutions (Pardot and Marketing Cloud).
• Administrate and maintain marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Involvement in marketing automation implementation projects.
• Manage analytics and reporting across websites, digital media, search, social and marketing automation.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated digital marketing background with experience in designing and running digital marketing campaigns is preferable.
• Proven experience in implementing marketing automation functionality.
• Effective knowledge of marketing automation including Salesforce marketing cloud.
• Deep understanding of using marketing tools such as (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot).
• Extensive working skills of tagging, coding and tracking strategies for website, media and marketing automation tracking and optimization.
• Advanced experience in the deployment of automated marketing campaigns over various channels.
• Proficient analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to prepare and interpret reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to liaise confidently and effectively with all levels internally and externally.
