Job Responsibilities:
- Assure all information provided to Sales specialists is accurate and timely.
- Produce support to team members in completing tasks including coaching sessions.
- Present outstanding leadership and focus in relation to positive behaviors towards both internal and external customers.
- Secure performance excellence is promoted and maintained.
- Achieve and exceed set retention and conversion targets.
- Ensure team provides effective, prompt and accurate responsiveness to customers through all mediums.
- Recognize areas for improvements in the team via trend analysis and reporting.
- Cooperate with WP leadership team to successfully execute and drive performance.
- Examine key performance metrics and provide valuable insights into the results.
- Provide senior management and executive teams with compelling insights through reports and formal presentations.
- Aid the sales managers with analytics to shape their sales strategies and areas of focus.
- Manage and/or participating in projects and initiatives positively impacting the performance of the center.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of sales based call center analytics and key performance metrics.
- Expert knowledge of various strategies used in business planning and performance analysis.
- Effective experience in working with and influencing people at all levels of business from frontline through to senior management.
- Proficient experience in driving sales/retention performance in a busy contact center and sales environment.
- Deep knowledge of call center metrics and workforce management tools and methodologies.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM capabilities and requirements.
- A team player, able to constructively challenge views, facilitate a collaborative approach to work and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- A personable and engaging leader with an ability to gain buy-in from those who report into her/him.
- A strategic thinker, with a desire to challenge the status quo and old ways of thinking.
- Ability to articulate the impact of data and provide solutions that lead to increased performance.
