Senior Product Manager

Zip is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Sydney, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape. requirements, features and end products. Work out insights from the noise.
  • Operate fastidiously to understand product futures and product extension opportunities by keeping abreast of global and local trends.
  • Serve with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Provide and review product requirements documents.
  • Project manage the delivery of the team, ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Own the consumer lifecycle management in the absence of senior marketing level support, drive the thinking and initiatives to enhance engagement and new acquisition.
  • Promote and implement product strategies consistent with the product vision.
  • Support recruitment and training of staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management roles, within technology or start-up companies delivering great customer-focused outcomes. Ideally at a native mobile product that’s high usage and B2C focused.
  • A natural leadership style, with a positive disposition; you are a doer who facilitates collaboration to achieve lofty outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge and practical application of Design Thinking, Lean and Agile principles.
  • Deep working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Effective experience with Mobile Web and Mobile apps.
  • Proficient experience working with data and diverse data sources.
  • Previous application of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to translate product objectives into specific growth and engagement metrics and levers. Experience working with data and analytics to generate demand, optimize conversion and drive engagement and repeat usage.
  • Ability to conduct experiments using the latest techniques to test, learn and improve the customer experience right along the entire funnel.
