Job Responsibilities:

• Design the social media strategy and calendar.
• Control of all social media channels.
• Improve highly engaging content including both written and visual content.
• Follow, report and optimize on all social media channels.
• Maintain the social media community and identify opportunities for further engagement.
• Cooperate with key internal and external stakeholders to align the social media strategy with the overall business strategy.
• Assure the brand message is upheld across social media platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing social media strategy across all social channels.
• Effective experience copywriting for SEO across social media.
• Proficient understanding of paid and targeted social media.
• Proven experience in using social media management and reporting platforms.
• Solid knowledge of social media community management.
• Deep experience in crisis management.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of CMS.
• Strong experience to deal with Agile and Scrum preferred.
