Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute monthly ModelCo social media strategy in line with brand aesthetic.
• Draft self-produced in-house video content for all social media channels.
• Plan a rolling 3-month influencer engagement recommendation and strategy programme.
• Source and create all content for social media including social media advertising and video content.
• Support our social media presence across a variety of platforms.
• Devise social media banners and engagement content.
• Build strategic social media campaigns to engage followers and create conversation, including reaching out to Instagram influencers and bloggers for collaborations.
• Join with followers and other social media accounts in an informative and on-brand tone of voice.
• Produce well thought out ideas with detailed insights and findings for new campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Effective digital marketing, social media and content strategy experience.
• Proficient experience in Australian social media landscape including bloggers, influencers, celebrities and models is a must.
• Expert knowledge of campaign monitor and/or HTML to create and send newsletters to the database.
• Solid enthusiasm for creating images, video, and posts. Photography, video editing and writing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (This is a must; we will ask for demonstrations of your skill).
• Be active on social media yourself and possess a strong working knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High interpersonal communication skills and well presented.
• Great time management and the ability to meet the deadline.
• Sound organized with the ability to forecast and forward plan.
• The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a weekly basis.
• Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a close-knit team.
