Job Responsibilities:

• Improve effective social media strategies to help grow brand engagement and followers.
• Supervise social media platforms and conduct competitor analysis.
• Assure strategies are current and stay ahead of the game.
• Support strategies for sales directions, targets, and events building synergistic relationships. with the management of the stock, online, retail, and marketing teams.
• Lead the social media coordinators within our high performing team.
• Confirm team shares the vision and direction of the brand.
• Ensure consistency across all social media channels internationally.
• Record statistics on presence and revenue contribution, reporting upon recent successes for the team and brand.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience developing online strategies to achieve business results.
• Deep knowledge of the latest social media trends and utilizing these trends with the brand.
• Strong communication skills that to act with purpose and intent online and appropriately influencing others.
• Excited if given goals and challenges.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the Active Living philosophy.
