Job Responsibilities:
- Design, create and execute social media campaigns in line with the digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee, optimize and report on all social media campaigns.
- Cooperate and work closely with influencers and PR agencies to generate social media content.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and, best practices.
- Aid in advert and campaign planning across all paid social channels.
- Support management and reporting of budget spend vs actuals, gifting budgets and tracking.
- Direct the brand partnerships to generate content, increase traffic, database revenue and engagement and brand awareness through all channels.
- Lead the social media shopping channels including Instagram shopping, Facebook shop and Insta widgets for an e-commerce site.
- Create and manage the Influencer program, defining program objectives, strategies and KPI measurement.
- Gauge ROI and report weekly, monthly and on a campaign basis for all paid channels.
- Assure social feeds are elevated, curated, reflecting the brands unique DNA.
- Understood of SEO best practices would be beneficial.
- Review ROI and effectiveness of all social media campaigns and produce reporting across all channels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s a degree in marketing, communications and business.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role for a fashion business.
- Effective understanding of social media platforms, including (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, WordPress and YouTube).
- Solid analytical grasp and understanding of media metrics.
- Proficient experience using Google DoubleClick is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and strong copywriting skills.
