83% of Property Buyers in US Use Internet Frequently For Searching Homes, 2017 | NAR

Among all real estate buyers in the US, 44% said that they looked online for properties for sale. 83% use the internet frequently for the same purpose. The vast majority of real estate buyers aged 36 years and younger (93%) indicated that they use the internet frequently for searching homes. 88% of who aged 37-51 years old also did so.

So, the higher buyers’ ages are, the less their dependence on the internet as a basic source of properties information.
