The top strategic priority for organizations in 2018 is content and experience management with a rate of 45% as one of their first three most important priorities, while 20% mentioned that content management is the main important area.

32% of respondents ranked analytics as their organization’s second priority, while only 8% mentioned analytics is their first priority, compared to Audience and data management that comes at the third place with a rate of 31%, with only 7% indicated that audience and data management is their organizations first priority.
