Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the routing of new aircraft interiors harnesses using (CATIA V5).
• Support established guidelines for design such as (BM, BAPS and RAE documents).
• Optimize design through analysis of (weight, cost and productivity).
• Manage and/or participate in trade-studies to improve the product definition throughout its lifecycle.
• Consolidate change management authorities (RFC, PCR) into 3D models.
• Contribute to the team effort by meeting the team’s objectives for (productivity and quality KPI’s).
• Contribute to other relevant tasks based on program needs and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience in harness routing.
• Minimum 5 years of (CATIA V5) experience in harness routing and working experience in aerospace or transportation.
• Advanced working experience with (ECAD tools/processes, BM’s and BAP).
• Extensive knowledge of reading (wiring diagrams and ESSD).
• Proficient understanding of mechanical systems and systems installations.
• Effective experience in design and creation of MBD and 2D drawings of detail parts (machined parts and sheet metal).
• Basic experience in primary and secondary aircraft structures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English language.
• Ability to resolve problems and open to new ideas.
• Comfortable working skills with the (MS Office suite).
