Job Responsibilities:
- Create editorial guidelines in line with brand personality.
- Constitute and manage a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to properties including (blog posts, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics and sales collaterals).
- Define sources for content curation and repurposing both internally and externally.
- Edit content produced by your teammates including (conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior) to publishing.
- Support other projects and attract site visitors through (search, social and email subscribers).
- Develop subscriber base (email, blog and social media) by providing them with regular and helpful content that is in tune with their needs.
- Cooperate with (designers, agencies, product team, sales team, external influencers and industry experts) to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and audience.
- Produce feedback to other contributors and editing other writers’ content to be in line with (brand’s tone, voice and manner).
- Optimize content for search engines to achieve maximum long-term visibility for relevant keywords.
- State on content efficiency and use data to optimize web content performance.
- Tarry up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective content calendar.
- Establish and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussion about our company.
- Recognize and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
- Survive knowledgeable about internal company marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and content creation experience (preferably in B2B technology).
- Demonstrated understanding of the customer journey and how to produce content and CTA for the marketing funnel.
- Proven experience in producing engaging content for the web specifically as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Slideshare, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram).
- Effective experience in managing an editorial calendar for a marketing team.
- Strong attention to detail both for (line editing copy, consistency in style and tone across content).
- Solid organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English language.
