Job Responsibilities:
- Research and produce new content predominantly for the NAH site and also related brands (Your Law and National Law Partners).
- Research and understand market segments and digital personas motivations, behaviors and interests.
- Develop content based on the target audiences journeys throughout their journey to claiming.
- Develop and apply a personality-driven tone of voice for the brand.
- Identify fresh and interesting angles to copy which also follow strong SEO principles.
- Checking, amending and editing any copy work provided by external agencies.
- Challenge existing on-site copy and providing continual re-writes for optimization.
- Generate new content ideas in conjunction with the content manager.
- Interview customers and writing compelling customer stories for inclusion in all marketing activity.
- Review the news and media channels to uncover content angles for NAH.
- Turn stories and news items into copy written content.
- Use WordPress to upload and test replaced or fresh content.
- Create new content changes within the prescribed CMS template format of the NAH website.
- Remove dated content and maintains content freshness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven record of writing for digital campaigns, online and offline advertising and social media.
- Proficient working experience in using (Google Analytics) and other related diagnostic tools.
- Expert knowledge of CMS and coding.
- Advanced proof-reading skills with the ability to immediately spot and correct errors typos, punctuation and grammar.
- Effective understanding of writing an SEO friendly content.
- Strong working skills in using (Google Docs and MS Office).
