Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive content marketing plan, driving strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Create and distribute engaging written content to be used online (website, email, blog, social media and SMS).
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal donor online reviews.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.
- Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Ensure brand consistency in content marketing by working with various internal stakeholders.
- Grow and expand our social media presence into new social media platforms increasing the reaches on existing platforms including (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram).
- Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Compile reports for management showing results against key metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital content or social media coordinator.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Proficient experience in content marketing theory and application.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Deep understanding of publishing, monitoring and reporting knowledge of (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn).
- Expert working knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Excellent working skills of using (MS Office and Google Docs).
- Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
