Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all digital output, managing and scheduling the workload
- Execution of data-driven growth tactics using analysis tools to increase readership and social engagement.
- Tracking of all key performance metrics and compiling daily reports in addition to ad hoc investigations.
- Optimization of existing content and generation of ideas to create future on brand output.
- Coming up with ideas for and driving the success of native and creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Direct, create and publish compelling social media content to our fan base of 1.3 million using the brand’s unique editorial voice to grow engagement and traffic.
- Generate headlines and SEO-friendly copy and adapting our award-winning magazine content for online readership.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced experience in managing and growing social media channels and platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, youtube and Instagram).
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics and a content management system.
- Deep working skills of using (MS Office or Google Docs).
- Solid writing skills across a variety of lifestyle subjects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines effectively.
