Job Responsibilities:
- Draft fresh, engaging, customer-focused copy for multiple brands that demystifies complex products and generates excitement.
- Accountable for telling the story of all brands through the written word for web and digital platforms including websites, emails, blogs, social videos, and social ads.
- Promote unique copy optimized for Amazon, owned web stores, and retail partners based on key messaging.
- Provide creative content that aligns with editorial calendars and campaigns.
- Review partner websites to make sure content is accurate and up to date.
- Analysis, fact check, package new and relevant content for owned websites.
- Present the articles and valuable content to third-party websites.
- Test effectiveness and consistency of what is produced.
- Cooperate with the digital marketing team, SEO specialists and brand teams to build content.
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Effective understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
- Deep knowledge of digital best practice including SEO, writing for web, optimization and accessibility.
- Proven knowledge of the sports nutrition industry would be an asset.
- Solid organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- High ability to explain complex or technical issues through colorful language.
- Great ability continuously manage change in an extremely fast-paced and energetic work environment.
