Job Responsibilities:

• Draft unique story angles built to travel across the web (social, publishing sites, search, email, and our owned website).
• provide these stories in various content formats: from curation to photography, videography, audio editing, graphic design, and writing.
• Head the execution of strategies for content and community management.
• Own an agile, lean development approach for audience-first decision making, and do this in real-time to understand how stories can attract, engage, and retain users.
• Participate in and managing the centralized global digital editorial calendar, along with project managing local content calendars, drawing down from local marketing, global health promotion and cause-impact content streams.
• Accountable for delivering the digital requirements (primarily for social) for the local market campaign across marketing, communications, fundraising, partnerships, and cause awareness campaigns.
• Cooperate with the marketing lead in their respective market, and with the global marketing, PR, insights, and product teams.
• Collude daily with the digital editor peers around the world, or similar roles across the organization, to maximize the reach and engagement of our digital content.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience working as a content producer and editor with a focus on social media engagement.
• Effective experience running digital campaigns that have a focus on a single campaign moment (think equivalent to Movember 1st).
• Ability to work in a heavily collaborative work environment with PR managers, marketing leads, fellow digital editors, and fundraising campaign teams.
