Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate

Lock Search Group is looking for a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate in Ontario, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Rework the company website to drive the brand forward.
  • Design and execute strategic digital marketing and eCommerce plans targeted to hit objectives.
  • Cooperate with the internal team to develop a long-term eCommerce plan to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Complete new e-commerce item set-up forms and current product portfolio updates through a third-party platform.
  • Direct Amazon marketing services and ensure that the sales activity is strong by analyzing data and reports.
  • Operate with the marketing team to create launch plans including positioning, messaging, marketing material, communication plan, PR, metrics, customer and sales plans, pricing, promotions, and packaging.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the strategies by forecasting, reporting, managing budgets, measuring success and ROI, and analyzing results.
  • Synthesize results for the management team to review, and make informed responses to target weak areas.
  • Run sales by managing digital marketing; create product graphics, product specs, videos, product descriptions, social media sample content, SEO keywords, etc.
  • Design a content funnel targeted at maintaining strong current relationships, as well as growing market share/business with new clients.
  • Direct brand awareness by developing integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, sweepstakes, etc.
  • Cooperate with internal national and international marketing teams and external agencies to create dynamic branding, digital strategies (web/social) and traditional marketing.
  • Support a strong knowledge of industry best practices (in market/category), attend networking and industry events, and develop strong relationships with key clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing and e-commerce position.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing (Website/Amazon/SEO/Social Media).
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and interposal skills.
  • Sound relationship building skills and business acumen.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data.
  • The ability to work closely with internal and external teams.
