Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of each scheduled email, from content creation, to build, test and send.
  • Report on results of email send and provide data-driven recommendations for future sends.
  • Assure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Design a testing schedule to constantly optimize open, click and conversation rates to guarantee the most efficient approach for Olivia Burton and our customers.
  • Improve with the e-commerce team, a trigger email programme such as Birthday, Basket abandonment and welcome emails.
  • Head relationship with paid media agency, ensuring that what they present fits in line with the Olivia Burton brand and our targets.
  • Supervise existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them.
  • Oversee ROI and KPIs of digital media.
  • Cooperate with the wider marketing team to drive local digital marketing activity as required.
  • Monitor large budget over multiple countries and local marketing teams.
  • Operate with the agency to test new social and display formats.
  • Ensure that the agency has the assets they need to create the campaigns in a timely manner, in line with our global marketing calendar.
  • Study and engage an affiliate marketing partner and agency to help support the growth of the Olivia Burton website.
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners.
  • Direct the day to day needs of the programme, ensuring that content and approved affiliates align with the Olivia Burton brand.
  • Examine campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
  • Control the affiliate budget including commission and spend.
  • Collude with the creative team to create affiliate marketing material.
  • Maintain ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
  • Run the process of invoices and ensuring the budget is kept up to date.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role ideally fashion or accessories.
  • Effective experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Exact Target, and enterprise level CRM systems.
  • Solid communicator across all levels.
  • Analytical and organized whilst able to multi-task across various activities.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Flexible attitude and positive approach to change.
  • Great brand awareness and good knowledge of the high street and trends.
  • Sound work ethic and the ability to cope with a heavy and changeable workload and tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding commercial eye and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
