Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and overseeing the firm’s CRM system – including reviewing content, reporting, analysis, training and user experience.
• Support updated, accurate information in the CRM database in line with firm processes and procedures.
• Process data change management tickets and resolve conflicting information.
• Produce training across the firm on the importance and the correct use of the CRM system, building relationships with key stakeholders, such as personal assistants.
• Work as the point of contact between IT, BD and external providers regarding the use of the CRM system, including technical developments, keeping colleagues such as the digital marketing manager abreast of developments.
• Communicate with departments and the BD and the Communications team to produce, test and send email marketing materials.
• Provide and sharing email marketing reports, providing insight and recommended next steps.
• Present regular market intelligence to the sector heads and Business Development Managers and Director, including recent client and prospect activity.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience working in marketing and business development or delivering digital marketing activities would be desirable.
• Expert working knowledge of a CRM system is essential – such as use in email marketing, collating data or reporting on contacts.
• Deep knowledge of the LexisNexis InterAction platform would be desirable.
• Marketing qualification would be desirable, but not essential where relevant experience is demonstrated.
• Effective experience in the professional services sector would be desirable.
