Job Responsibilities:
- Support fixes and deals with the overall improvement and further optimization of our websites, project managing online issue and bug fixes with our development team.
- Operate with stakeholders support the delivery of A/B and multivariate testing and optimization on our websites.
- Recognize design problems than supporting the development and implementation of initiatives with the overall goal to increase conversion and overall revenue.
- Lead and delivery of third party website integrations e.g. Feefo.
- Maintain and administrate Google Analytics for the business (development and management of filters, goals, dashboards and segments) being the ‘go to’ for all inquiries.
- Design holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for reporting purposes to be used by different stakeholders.
- Plan customer insights which will translate into business improvements in the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Regular report online business performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Work as an ambassador for analytics and data-driven decision making throughout the company.
- Combin online and offline data to track online activity through to offline sale.
- Promote and administrate Google Tag Manager accounts managing tagging implementations and testing they are accurate.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in dealing with Google 360 suite.
- Outstanding Excel skills.
- Effective experience in using of Tableau.
- Expert knowledge of a CMS.
- Demonstrated understanding of website A/B testing tools.
- Sound experience within the travel industry.
- Strong communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate confidence and control while being able to challenge and positively influence others.
- Organized and structured.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Dedicated to our customers, and passionate about resolving their pain points.
- Analytical and numerate, the go-to person who is willing and able to have a deep dive into an analysis.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as individually.
- Ability to problem solve and be proactive in decision making.

- Able to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business, wider Travelopia business and external suppliers.
- Ability and willingness to undertake occasional business travel when required.
