Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the brands via online marketing channels and from time to time and offline channels.
• Manage and develop the websites to ensure they become an effective tool for inquiry generation.
• Respond to customers from our online activities and websites.
• Write news and blog articles on the websites and other offsite channels.
• Create content optimized for the web.
• Support in optimizing the PPC campaigns.
• Aid in the creation of new marketing material.
• Support and develop the social media channels.
• Ensure that the reports and records are kept up to date and that agreed KPI’s are achieved on a month by month basis.
• Assist in generating customer reviews and monitoring and responding to customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Extensive experience in improving website inquiry generation.
• Advanced experience of web development tools and content management systems.
• Deep understanding of using (Google Adwords and Google Analytics).
• Expert knowledge of using design packages such as (Photoshop and Gimp).
• Strong working skills of using (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Basic experience of (HTML).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
