Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all aspects of email marketing activity from planning and copywriting to editing email templates, conducting A/B tests, analyzing and constantly improving our email marketing campaigns.
• Provide towards the continuing development and improvement of the company websites.
• Apply organic methods to increase followers and engagement.
• Control Google Analytics and other tools to provide customer insight.
• Design images for company websites, email and social media campaigns.
• Aid with specifying and shaping the digital product.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in planning and implementing integrated email marketing campaigns using email marketing software.
• Effective use of online communication tools such as social media and blogging sites.
• Proficient experience in reporting on and analyzing the success of these campaigns and experience of A/B testing would be ideal.
• Solid copy-writing skills would be desirable.
• Novice understanding of HTML and Analytics.
• Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal.
• Familiarity with WordPress is desired but not essential as training can be provided.
• Ability to organize his/her work in an efficient manner, to develop appropriate systems and procedures, and enable the delivery of a number of campaigns to deadline and budget.
