Job Responsibilities:

• Head and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, display, remarketing, Email and social media.
• Prepare and report, working directly with directors to optimize spend and return.
• Be accountable for keeping the sites up to date.
• Cooperate with directors to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI.
• Design and manage the online marketing budget in conjunction with Directors so that all digital marketing campaigns are delivered on budget and with clear cost visibility.
• Collaborate with directors to understand how website activity impacts the business at a financial and commercial level.
• Operate on conversion rate optimization both in terms of implementing best-practice ideas and using external services and systems to implement change.
• Control the activity performance and ROI to make sure each campaign is delivered accurately, on time and in a format that informs business decisions.
• Examine website analytics to assess marketing effectiveness.
• Contact with key clients by phone, email and in person.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or have experience in a digital marketing role working within the medical, healthcare aesthetics industry.
• Effective working experience in the workings of WordPress.
• Familiarity with using Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
• Proficient knowledge of video editing, picture editing and creating brand appropriate posts to promote and enhance the company’s social presence.
• Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
• Proven knowledge of how mobile devices are changing marketing and helping to maximize a return on this channel.
• Solid a creative flair when writing blogs, organizing promotional events and generally creating hype around the brand.
• Strong communicator who is equally comfortable looking at data as you are in face-to-face meetings.
