Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to our websites.
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of our company websites.
  • Optimize content across all digital channels.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to our company websites.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Deep working experience in setting up and optimizing (Google Adwords) campaigns.
  • Effective understanding of using ad serving tools.
  • Proficient knowledge of using website analytics and reporting tools.
  • Basic experience with (HTML and CSS).
  • Strong working skills in using (MS Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
