Job Responsibilities:
- Improve and implement digital marketing strategy and roadmap to empower the whole of the organization to deliver digital marketing as an integrated part of their work.
- Supervise paid digital marketing campaigns and projects in collaboration with other teams as needed.
- Oversee approach to owned and earned digital media.
- Cooperate with the social media strategist, marketing and social media officer, and other relevant teams.
- Manage digital marketing innovation and learning, research, identify and implement new digital marketing opportunities.
- Participate in the development of CRM solutions as they relate to Unicef UK’s digital presence.
- Direct the development of the ecosystem of digital marketing platforms and tools, considering how these link with CRM.
- Assure maximum value for money through both supplier relationships and internal ways of working.
- Provide annual and longer-term expenditure budgets in conjunction with the head producer and head of digital engagement, overseeing effective delivery of digital marketing budget.
- Assist teams with ROI forecasting and projecting investment cases for digital marketing consulting and training.
- Promote the hub and spoke role of the digital marketing team helping to achieve widespread adoption of digital and effective cross-organizational digital collaboration through a consultancy culture.
- Produce digital marketing consultancy and support to teams across the organization to capitalize on digital opportunities, guide best practice and embed digital marketing within wider strategies and approach
- Promote and oversee digital frameworks that empower other teams to use digital marketing effectively (systems, tools, guidelines, support and policies) based on the input, trends from our audiences, stakeholders and industry.
- Examine all digital marketing performance, ensuring insights are captured and shared, and learnings incorporated into subsequent campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in recruitment and budget management.
- Proficient experience in leading successful digital marketing strategies, planning and managing multi-layered multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific targets.
- Deep experience of understanding high-level business drivers and needs and translating these into digital marketing solutions and frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing, analysis and testing platforms, ideally including (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics).
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Solid experience of juggling multiple pieces of work and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
