Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engagement with key audiences ensuring the website is based on personas and user journeys.
- Enhance the website for the best possible user experience, utilizing member research, analytics and customer data.
- Examine and revise information architecture and implement content that improves the user experience.
- Understood and improve the SEO for the site.
- Improve clear editorial and authoring processes for the CMS.
- Produce support and guidance to colleagues on using CMS.
- Promote online communities for members.
- Perform our latest branding to our digital assets.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience of developing and implementing digital projects.
- Proficient knowledge to manage multiple projects in a concentrated timeframe.
- Deep knowledge of best practice UX and the latest developments are desirable.
- Proven experience in identifying and influencing a consumer across channels based on behavior.
- Demonstrated understanding to deal with HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign, have a good eye for typography and experience of brand guardianship.
- High ability to deliver robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Strong experience to drive online impact and engagement whilst taking others with you.
- Genuine, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
