Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute all paid, earned and owned digital marketing for North America, including social, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and email marketing to drive e-commerce results and increase awareness to build our consumer tribe.
- Responsible for key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC & ROI.
- Cooperate cross-functionally to leverage key influencer collaborations to increase brand salience and reach.
- Operate closely to contribute to building the digital priorities and strategies into the overall brand plan.
- Plan, build and manage our annual digital calendar and monthly content calendars and creative content.
- Guage and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Recognize trends and insights, and responsively optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Draft, execute, and measure test & learns and conversion tests.
- Collude with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners, although we’re a start-up and rely on doing nearly all execution ourselves.
- Estimate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Effective working experience in digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of building e-commerce and brand awareness results with strong ROAS through social media, SEO/SEM, database marketing and email marketing.
- Familiarity with building collaborative partnerships with influencers.
- Proven track record in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Proficient experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Extremely creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Expert working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Its revenues year 1 are far outpacing budget and it will be in over 2000 store-doors in two months. It is innovating with two more flavors (plant-based/vegan) and also launching products outside of bars.
