Digital Marketing Manager

Brandish Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Winnipeg, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and audit existing client marketing campaigns and strategies and identifying opportunities for automation where appropriate.
  • Improve marketing automation plans and strategies for clients based on various criteria.
  • Assure client audience segments, personas and customer journey’s are accurate for communication delivery.
  • Run and manage the data capture and maintenance strategy (i.e. web form and data hygiene).
  • Aid with marketing campaigns and operations to develop, implement and manage an email deliverability strategy and production.
  • Design and overall ownership of the build, email, landing page, setup, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Maintain client data migration activities.
  • Review and report on campaign performance; communicate results and provide and implement improvement recommendations.
  • Join with sales operations and partner to create clear and detailed requirements for new list activities and workflows.
  • Execute lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
  • Create and deliver training to clients and help clients to drive user adoption of new technology
  • Conduct quality assurance testing as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective experience in digital marketing, email marketing and/or marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation technology (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo & MailChimp).
  • Proficient experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems.
  • Expert knowledge of paid media such as Google Adwords, Facebook advertising, or programmatic media considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Semrush, MOZ, Ahrefs and or other Digital Analytics Software with certification credentials considered an asset.
  • Deep knowledge of CMS systems and UI/UX design principles, possibilities and restrictions, including responsive design considered an asset.
  • Proven track record in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI & Google Data Studio) considered an asset.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical mindset and an ability to analyze marketing campaigns.
  • Sound strategic mindset and an ability to develop and manage strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
