Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize LegalinX Digital Engagement using a range of digital channels, techniques and innovative ideas.
- Improve strategies to deliver the long-term growth targets for LegalinX, including CRM, product, distribution & pricing initiatives.
- Produce insight into campaign performance using reporting and analytical data.
- Hands-on PPC campaign management using Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
- Lead the marketing automation platform and CRM.
- Ownership of the product and proposition roadmap for LegalinX, identifying where gaps in the existing range exist and defining the propositions to fill them.
- Cooperate with the project lead in the development roadmap for our online ordering platform, including the introduction of new and improved functionality and services to support a great customer experience.
- Make data-driven decisions from customer and business insight, customer journey reviews and A/B testing.
- Examine statistics and presenting the results of own analysis through Google Analytics, and Custom Dashboards.
- Manage the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven CIM or IDM digital marketing qualification.
- Expert working knowledge of SEO and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- Effective product marketing experience.
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics.
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and organisational skills.
