Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day accountability for creating, launching and managing multi-channel campaigns, initiatives, and events to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
- Create and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continually optimize to maximize results.
- Recognize and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders such as product and operations teams to ensure alignment in marketing and communications activities.
- Design engaging marketing materials and ensure the quality of all marketing released.
- Be part of building the leading healthcare brand in the UK.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Effective experience and understanding of online marketing and offline marketing channel is a plus.
- Proficient experience in mobile user acquisition including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google UAC, App Store.
- Data-driven with a proven track record of delivering and measuring successful marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of the UK consumer market.
- In-house, hands-on experience and can drive an agency in the detail.
- Solid project management and collaboration skills including the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (such as media-agencies).
- Demonstrated understanding of working in a fast-paced startup or digital-first environment.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
