Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional team members to design, write and build new digital campaigns, on time and within budget.
- Partner closely with peers in field sales teams to ensure campaign and creative alignment.
- Research, develop and implement new paid acquisition channels and strategies.
- Optimize spend and efficiently manage the budget to drive growth while staying within set expectations.
- Test and improve existing campaigns to increase scale across a variety of channels.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns and event management).
- Manage the measurement and tracking of all campaigns with defined goals, tracking events and conversion triggers.
- Analyze channel performance data and deliver key reporting and insights to inform future go-forward strategy.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Stay current and familiar with industry trends and best practices, with an understanding of how they can be applied to digital campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, graphics, computer science or communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, technology or B2B marketing experience.
- Effective understanding of setting up and optimizing (Google AdWords) campaigns.
- Extensive experience with website analytics tools such as (Google Analytics and Google Trends).
- Proficient knowledge of (Salesforce) platforms including (list pulling, list uploading and list management) related to campaign management.
- Strong working skills of using (MS Excel).
- Basic working knowledge of (HTML and CSS).
- Solid project and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
