Job Responsibilities:
- Design the strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites.
- Follow conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Improve and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Use a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Supervise the social media strategy for the company.
- Control online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Lead the redesign of the company website.
- Develop the usability, design, content (with the support of the editorial team) and conversion of the company website.
- Accountable for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Estimate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Analyze new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Maintain the companies email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
- Review of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Head trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
- Communicate to the president on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Assure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Operate with editorial and sales teams to launch products.
- Promote affiliate marketing programs.
- Build and maintain an online business plan.
- Stay current knowledge of online trends.
- Renew website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers.
- Produce analytic reports of online sales.
- Build a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria.
- Edit existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
- Present a steady stream of qualified leads for the organization.
- Execute lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads.
- Perform a marketing automation platform for the business.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content creation with help and direction of activities for the organization’s websites.
- Plan a content marketing calendar to ensure the regular content on the website throughout the year.
- Draft an entertaining and informative search engine optimized copy.
- Support the online marketing manager with ad-hoc copywriting.
- Devise entertaining and informative video content for the website.
- Serve alongside the social media manager to create content for the different social media channels.
- Refresh all sections of the website including homepage and all other categories.
- Guide the e-commerce team on how to use the website content management system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience in digital marketing, graphic design, web design and/or social media.
- At least 2 years experience in a digital marketing role including SEO, SEM, keyword development, targeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking, reporting, optimization, social media management, etc.
- Effective experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing.
- Proficient experience in developing a digital marketing strategy.
- Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) open source and/or proprietary, expertise with WordPress.
- Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals (paid, owned, earned, social media, digital and traditional).
- Sound skills and experience with Google Analytics.
- Proven track record in developing event calendars, scheduling content, managing email marketing, spotting patterns and trends, making recommendations, and reporting on results.
- Demonstrated video editing skills and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro are considered an asset.
- Great photography and videography skills are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with jQuery and JavaScript Working experience with WordPress and Drupal consider an asset.
- Solid corporate and online communication skills including content creation, writing and editing.
- A powerful computer, file management and organizational skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
