Job Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, execute and improve digital marketing campaigns in PPC, SEO, and social media.
• Study the target market and analyze the competition.
• Explain marketing campaign results and metrics to improve performance.
• Gauge and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and track ROI and KPIs (Google Analytics, AdWords, etc).
• Enhance website for SEO and usability.
• Use the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Supervise content generation to produce high-quality design and content for website, blog, social media, newsletters, brochure, case studies and white papers.
• Associate with both marketing and sales teams to strategize and improve marketing results.

Job Requirements:

• University or college diploma in marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2C tech software industry.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC and paid social media advertisements with the desire for continual growth and development.
• Effective experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Proficient working experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Sound knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends).
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Great analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Interested in following the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Ability to read and write Chinese.
