Digital Marketing Specialist

FCV Interactive is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Toronto, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth discoveries with clients on business goals and marketing objectives to understand their business and craft digital marketing strategies.
  • Design, create and execute a digital marketing campaign for our clients including digital briefs, media plans and creative reviews to communicate to clients the approach and expectation during campaign execution.
  • Cooperate and coordinate the creation of content across various FCV teams.
  • Execute strategic recommendations on marketing tactics, asset development, content creation and design.
  • Improve and execute digital campaigns and programs including SEM, display, remarketing, video, mobile, email and social marketing.
  • Aid drive ROI for clients.
  • Liaise success of marketing campaigns to clients through concise, insightful and actionable reporting.
  • Work as project manager when required working closely with resourcing, designers and developers, and 3rd parties to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget; meeting quality standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of data/analytics assist the Data Team constructing meaningful and actionable recommendations and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business and/or marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Effective experience leading SEM, SEO, display, email, video and social marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and other industry tools.
  • Expert knowledge of acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
  • Proficient experience with client communications and presentations.
  • Sound analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor and other digital marketing management platforms.
  • Proven experience with web-based content management systems (CMS).
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • A hunger for learning, innovation and an inquisitive mind.
  • Solid communication and writing skills, particularly for creating web content.
  • Great ability to multi-task and deliver meticulous work on time.
  • Ability to conduct market research and training.
